What is the biggest problem in the world?

If you ask people, many would surely tell you it is either lack of food, lack of space, or lack of opportunities. Shah found out, however, that all the problems in the world come from the same root: lack of empathy. Empathy will be the lens through which we’ll learn to see social interactions, problems, and other values.
